Job Description

As Content Writer you will be Reporting into the training manager you will be involved in writing and proof-reading of all English language content according to noon’s brand standards in order to offer our partners a blended learning experience throughout their selling journey.

Key responsibilities
● A creative content writer, who can develop engaging and original stories as you will be responsible for partner help centers, website content, blogs, training material, communication campaigns, as well as scripts for speeches, videos, and webinars.
● Coordinates with the brand and creative teams to illustrate articles and videos.
● Ensures brand compliance and tone of voice are applied in various content and digital learning channels.
● Identifies partners’ needs and gaps in our content and recommends new topics and new communication approaches.
● Prepares well-structured drafts and briefs about various e-commerce related topics to present to other teams.
● Will be heavily involved in the creative briefing and production of stories and video shoots.
● Executes on-brief and works both independently and as part of a team.
● Updates all partner content as needed.
